Today we had the honor of donating "Bella" a beautiful Belgian Malinois to a Marine Corp Veteran. She is already CGC (Canine Good Citizen) certified and service dog trained. We were able to match up and place Bella through Companions For Heroes. You can visit their site here.
December 22, 2012Today Pals for Paws got to pick up our new van from the Petco Foundation. It's a wrapped van with our logo and our motto. It turned out beautiful! Now our animals will be riding in style and comfort to our adoption events and to their vet appointments. If you see us on the road be sure to toot your horn and wave! :)

Today Pals for Paws donated "Guy", who is now known as Jagger to a returning soldier; Chad Sibley. Chad was an Army medic who served our country in Desert Storm, Panama, Mogadishu, and Afghanistan. Chad is a disabled veteran who suffers from PTSD and depression. We met Chad through "Pets for Vets" and Mary matched them up. We like to think of it as they rescued each other because it sure looked like love at first sight to us that morning. :) Thank you Chad for your service and we wish you and Jagger all the best. Chad was kind enough to post a picture of Guy/Jagger in his new home on our "Puptails" page. If you'd like to read his post click here and scroll down to the "Guy now known as Jagger" post.
